1Deposits & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of SGD 500 per person is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be completed at least 45 days before departure. Late payments may result in booking cancellation. Payment can be made via PayNow, bank transfer, or credit card.
2Passport Validity
All travelers must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of departure. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure passport validity. KUSG will not be held liable for travel disruptions caused by expired or invalid passports.
3Visa Requirements
Visa processing for Umrah packages is included in the package price. For Wisata tours, visa requirements vary by destination. KUSG will provide guidance and support for visa applications, but approval is subject to the respective embassy or consulate.
4Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure: full refund minus deposit. 30-60 days: 50% refund. 15-29 days: 25% refund. Less than 15 days: no refund. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@kembaraustaz.sg.
5Booking Changes
Name changes and date transfers are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Requests must be made at least 30 days before departure. Package upgrades or downgrades will be calculated based on the price difference at the time of change.
6Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips. KUSG can arrange comprehensive travel insurance coverage through our partner insurers. Insurance covers medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and personal liability.
7Health & Safety Disclosures
Travelers must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, mobility limitations, or special dietary requirements at the time of registration. KUSG reserves the right to decline or modify bookings if undisclosed conditions pose safety risks.
8Itinerary Adjustments
KUSG reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, local regulations, or circumstances beyond our control. Alternative arrangements of equivalent value will be provided.
